Catalogue information is an invitation to place an order. An order is accepted after availability, final price, payment, and delivery details are confirmed. We may contact you when clarification is needed.

Price and payment

The item and selected-version price shown when ordering is used to prepare the order. The confirmed payment method and any delivery charge are communicated before fulfilment.

Delivery and acceptance

You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details and being available to receive the order. Inspect the package and report shortages or visible damage promptly.

Returns and warranty

Returns, replacement, repair, and refunds are handled under the warranty information, the confirmed order terms, and mandatory consumer law.

Accounts and reviews

You are responsible for activity under your account. Reviews must relate to the item, reflect genuine experience, and must not contain unlawful, abusive, or misleading material.

Changes and applicable rules

The version published when an order is placed applies to that order. Mandatory consumer rights and other applicable laws take priority where they cannot be changed by agreement.
